The story of the Tour d’Horable:
The FAYTOUT vineyards consist of two exploitations families. It was born at the
Union FAYTOUT Pierre and Gisele ROBIN. The FAYTOUT and ROBIN families are
well-known in the wine business of Castillon and St Emilion for generations.
Today, the family business is led by Jean-Albert and his eldest son Peter.

Viticulture
90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc

Vinification
Traditional, cold maceration, control of the temperatures, 3 weeks of fermentation. Ageing in stainless tanks and oak barrels.

Tasting Notes
A vivid red color. Powerful nose of red fruits. Very nice balance in the mouth between the tannins and the fruit.
