Vinification
Dee-stemming. Skin contact for the Syrah during 24 hours. Grenache skin contact followed by fermentation with
pushing down of the cap daily during 15 days.

Tasting Notes
Robe gem red.
Very fruity smell, mostly of red fruits. The taste is elegant, fruity, and soft. It’s a wine of pleasure, that is fond and rich.

Marying food and wine: Ideal with grilled meat, barbecues, salads…

Laying down : from 2 to 3 years.
