Viticulture
Grenache 60% & Syrah 20%- 10% Cinsault- 10% Carignan
Terroir: The vines are planted on gentle slopes of stony, chalky-clay soil, well exposed to the sun. Minimum 35 years old vines
Yield: 45 hl/ha – 2,30 Tons/acre
Vinification
De-stemming. Syrah is pre-fermented to 10°C for 24 hours.
Classic winemaking up to 15°C for the Cinsault & Carignan. Grenache is pre-fermented cold then one stomping of the grapes per day for 15 days.
Style : in order to offer a very fruity wine, we have vinified at its best to bring up quality, finesse, harmony and pleasure.

Tasting Notes
Deep red-ruby colour. Nicely layered flavours of dark fruit with a hint of spice. Generous mouth feel which reveals a quite rich, juicy texture, wrapped into firm tannin and a long pleasant finish.
Pair Up: Red meat, BBQ, game, chicken, cold meat, sausages, hearty pasta dishes & with Asian spicy dishes
Ageing potential: 3 to 5 years
