Sustainable farming.

After a fine summer, harvesting began Mid September 2017, the grapes are picked very early in the morning and if necessary in the evening when the grapes are cold and aromatic, using a machine that separates the grapes from the stems.

Vinification
In stainless steel vats, cold stabilisation (10 days at 6°)
Low temperature alcoholic fermentation. Bottling stared Mid-February 2017

Analysis
Alcool: 11,55% vol; pH : 3.40; Acidity : 5,45 g/L; Sugar : 6,0 g/L

Tasting Notes
Pale green colour, vibrant. Rich aromas with Tropical fruit, hints of grapefruit and white peach. Dry & lively on the palate with a well-balanced finish. A very refreshing, easy-going wine!
