DOMAINE ROMY – Les Pierres Dorées “Vieilles Vignes”  2016

Description
APPELLATION: AOP BEAUJOLAIS
The Domaine Romy is a property of 75 acres in the area of the « Pierres Dorées » in the south Beaujolais.
Dominique and his son Nicolas Romy are unique winemakers. They cultivate their vines naturally according to the «Terra Vitis» requirements, to preserve the biological balance of the soil. They grow vines in an old-fashioned way, grow grass between the rows and use « Green Harvest » practice to lower the yields and to increase the quality of the grapes.
