Alsace One 2016

Description
APPELLATION: AOC Alsace
softly light yellow glares the blend Alsace One 2016 in the glass. In the nose first of all freshly and minerally, light notes of fruity lychee, firestone and grass appear, paired with exotic flavors of pineapple and papaya. Also in the palate this drop holds what it promised in the smell: freshly and full of aroma a dynamic acid plays around the tongue, always well balances with a lot of extract and a pleasantly light racy body. The long spicy finish with a fancy touch of bitterness makes this wine an ideal terrace wine with potential as a companion also for more rich dishes.
